Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious individuals to join Pegasus Pizza. A Senior Line Cook plays a vital role in the kitchen by preparing multiple dishes at various stations, both hot and cold, across different cuisines. This role offers opportunities to develop supervisory and management skills, helping you advance your career. If you want to refine your culinary skills within the Omni Dallas Hotel’s top-ranked Food and Beverage program, the Senior Line Cook position may be ideal for you.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing a variety of hot and cold food items for Pegasus Pizza efficiently, prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Operating at least one kitchen station, such as the pizza station, prep station, salad & cold station, or others as assigned
  • Maintaining cleanliness of all preparation stations and surrounding culinary areas
  • Organizing and preparing current and future requisitions
  • Communicating menu and dietary changes effectively across shifts
Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of culinary experience; proficient in operating multiple culinary stations
  • Knowledge of kitchen preparation, knife skills, sanitation, and safety
  • Food Handlers certification required
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
