Job summary

Cedar & Sage Restaurant in Green Bay is hiring a Cook 1 to lead food preparation for room service and supervise kitchen activities. You will ensure high-quality, well-presented dishes and coordinate with staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Food Handlers Certification required. (must comply with State requirements)
• Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
• A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
