Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares high-quality food using standardized recipes to meet schedules.
  • Serves meals, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
  • Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
  • Assists with planning, record keeping, and ordering.
  • Reports maintenance issues immediately.
  • Attends safety and in-service meetings.
  • Works well with coworkers and customers, maintaining safety and cleanliness.
  • Follows HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper glove and equipment use.
