Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Brunch Cook in a high-volume brunch and breakfast kitchen. The role involves reading tickets, preparing menu items to order, and assisting the Executive Chef with inventory, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced setting.

The Brunch Cook must ensure quality, portioning, presentation, and adherence to recipes while following all sanitation and health guidelines.

Brunch Cook

This position is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality brunch and breakfast items in an à la carte kitchen. The Brunch Cook will prepare menu items to order, read food tickets, and ensure meals are prepared consistently, efficiently, and according to established recipes and presentation standards. This role will also assist the Executive Chef with food preparation, inventory, ordering, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Must have a working knowledge of food sanitation, nutrition, food allergies, and cross-contamination procedures.
