You will be responsible for preparing delicious, nutritious, and safe meals for our residents, ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences are met in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following recipes and production sheets.
• Adhere strictly to therapeutic diets (e.g., low sodium, diabetic, pureed) and texture-modified diets.
• Ensure all food preparation and storage complies with HACCP, DOH, and facility sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work areas.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
