Smashburger in Westwood, MA is hiring team members to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards, ensure quality and efficiency, and work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

No previous experience is necessary, as Smashburger will provide training. Candidates must be 16 or older and able to stand for long periods in a high-heat kitchen. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
