Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food in accordance with menu guidelines and dietary requirements, using necessary kitchen utensils and equipment, such as slicers, mixers, ovens, fryers, steamers, stovetops, and grills.
• Adjusts food preparation as needed to accommodate specific allergies.
• Follows healthcare foodservice industry standards, regulations, and procedures, including monitoring and maintaining proper food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage.
• Prevents cross-contamination and adheres to all personal hygiene requirements.
• Maintains proper labeling and storage protocols for all food products, equipment, and machinery.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing duties to ensure that all cooking and serving areas remain hygienic and safe.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.

Pay Range

$17.00 - $23.34 /hour
