ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a Cook to accurately fulfill prep lists and food production for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events at our Wayne, CA site. Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with emphasis on HACCP compliance and delivering high-quality service.

Role requires at least 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education; you will handle slicers, mixers, food processors and other equipment while maintaining cleanliness and safety daily.

Key PurposeThe Cook will accurately and efficiently fulfill prep lists, tasks, and food preparation for various meal periods to include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but ISS/Guckenheimer may identify additional responsibilities of the position.
