Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes and instructions.
2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Use proper ticket collection procedures and maintain records during service.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
7. Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
9. Work collaboratively with team members and uphold safety standards, including HACCP compliance.

Ensure safety, proper presentation, and adherence to policies and procedures at all times.
