Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare food daily as outlined.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist with set-up, service and clean-up of food production.
• Ensure proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulatory agencies as it relates to food service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Abilities

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff.
• Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.

Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience necessary.
