Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our Wingstop franchise team in Tukwila, WA. You will prepare fresh, high-quality food and support every order from prep to plate in a fast-paced kitchen. Excellence in food safety and teamwork is essential to deliver the Wingstop experience.

You’ll follow company recipes, ensure timely service, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace while contributing to a positive guest experience and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Team player with good communication and reliability.
• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to support business needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with Front of House to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including hood filter changes.
• Support teammates wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.

Position Summary

As a Cook at Thacher Restaurant Group, you'll prepare fresh, high-quality food that delivers the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You'll work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen while following food safety standards and helping every order leave the kitchen accurately and on time.

Physical Requirements
