Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to prepare fresh, high-quality food and deliver the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team, following safety standards and ensuring orders leave the kitchen accurately and on time.

You’ll thrive with a positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail while supporting the front of house and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• Requires Food Handler Certification and restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with reliable attendance.
• Willingness to support business needs and adjust to busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with varying temperatures
