High-Volume Production Kitchen Experience Required
We're seeking experienced Line/Production Cooks who have worked in high-volume commercial kitchens preparing large batches of food while following standardized recipes and strict food safety standards.
This is not a traditional restaurant line cook position. Our team prepares thousands of meals daily for major airline partners in a fast-paced production kitchen where consistency, speed, teamwork, and food safety are critical.
Candidates with experience in hotel kitchens, banquet operations, catering, airline catering, commissaries, healthcare, universities, military, or other institutional food service environments are strongly preferred.

Work Environment
This is a fast-paced production kitchen, not a traditional restaurant kitchen.
You’ll work in a small, busy workspace where employees are constantly moving around equipment and one another while preparing thousands of meals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working efficiently in a team environment, maintaining awareness of their surroundings, and keeping pace with production demands throughout the shift.
