Job Summary:

We're hiring dependable, skilled line cooks to join our back of house team. Ideal candidates can work the grill, fry station or sautee efficiently, follow recipes, and help maintain a clean and organized kitchen. This is a hands on role in a busy restaurant with high standards and a strong team culture.

• Prepares high quality food items to order with accuracy and speed
• Follows recipes and presentation guidelines set forth by the chef
• Completing prep and storage of food items
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation standards
• Working together as a team to deliver a great Camphouse experience for our guests
• Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
• Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and plate dishes accoding to Camphouse standards and reciepes
• Work grill, fryer, or prep stations during high-volume service
• Keep your station slean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
• Follow food safety guidlines and sanitation procedures
• Assist with daily prep and closing
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service
