Job summary

Village Inn is seeking a kitchen crew member to produce and maintain menu items per recipes and specifications. You will ensure safety, sanitation, and food standards while delivering timely work and supporting production steps.

Responsibilities include station readiness, accurate portioning, clean as you go, and maintaining organization. Candidates should be detail-oriented, team players, and committed to safe food handling and OSHA guidelines.

• Cleanliness -- Maintain the kitchen and all of its equipment to a "+like new" condition. Practice clean as you go!
• Productivity -- Your productivity is measured, not only by the quality of what you do, but by the quantity of work you complete in a specific time period
