Job summary

Qdoba is seeking team members to support high-volume meal preparation and front-line service. You will prepare food to standard recipes, restock during peak times, and uphold safety and quality across all products.

This role requires English communication, physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and availability on weekends, evenings, or holidays. Employment is offered with flexibility in scheduling and meal benefits.

• Must be able to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to use a computer for basic tasks.
• English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to standards, using approved recipes and proper portioning.
• Restock front line with prepared items during peak hours.
• Adhere to all food safety standards and logs.
• Monitor quality of products and take action to maintain standards.
• Follow sanitation, safety, security policies to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations and act as a brand ambassador.
• Shall perform other tasks as directed by management.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare food according to Qdoba standards, while using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours!
• Adhere to all food safety standards and practices
• Monitor the quality of products and food and take appropriate action to maintain that quality
• Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for everyone!
• Strive to exceed the expectations of all guests
• Will be a brand ambassador for QDOBA!
• Shall perform other tasks as directed by management

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum Age Requirement - 16+ years
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
• Ability to communicate in English required
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and computer skills needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, sometimes will extend beyond eight hours, based upon local operating hours.
• Will need to be able to work and be available weekends, evenings and Holidays.
