Taziki’s Café is seeking entry-level Kitchen Team Members to help prepare fresh Mediterranean-inspired dishes in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Training is provided, no experience is required, and you can grow with a brand that values teamwork and community.

Responsibilities include station setup, food preparation, cooking, food safety, and assisting with catering orders while upholding hygiene and brand standards. The role offers a flexible schedule and daily pay options where available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience preferred but not required – training provided.
• Proper knife skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule.
• Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, the establishment, and the brand.

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately.

• Menu and product knowledge.
• Managing orders efficiently.
• Preparing catering orders.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
• Maintaining health department standards throughout each shift.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas.
• Performing shift-side work to include opening and closing duties.
• Completing all course certifications for Kitchen Team Members in our training platform.

Your Working Conditions/ Hours

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 8am - 4pm
• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends - when applicable
• Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)

*Hours will vary by store.

You’ll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
