Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a dedicated cook to join our kitchen team, preparing meals for residents in a supportive, home-like atmosphere.

We value teamwork and reliability as you follow recipes and maintain a clean kitchen, contributing to high-quality dining experiences and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of cook experience in hospitality or healthcare environments
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or company standards
• Ability to read and follow recipes, guides, cleaning schedules and logs

Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, employees and coworkers.
• Understand that dining in a restaurant-style atmosphere can be the highlight of residents’ day.
• Maintain the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
