Job summary

The Ivy Golden Gate, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking line cooks to join our full-time culinary team in California. We operate a full scratch kitchen and serve residents and guests with high-quality seasonal menus in a premier senior living community.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years on a fast-paced line, can execute dishes promptly, and enjoy collaborating in a hospitality-focused environment. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and schedule variety.

• Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant.

Shifts, Time, and Days: Full-Time, Sunday's to Thursday's from 10:30am - 7pm, Tuesday's to Saturday's from 6am - 2:30pm, Tuesday's to Saturday's from 9:30am - 6pm

Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
