Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, manages senior living communities including Ivy Terrace at South Coast. This opportunity seeks a line cook to craft high-quality, scratch-made dishes for residents and guests in a collaborative, people-centered kitchen.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests and health requirements.

What we request:

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
