Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Cook to join our kitchen team in providing meals for residents in a warm, community setting.

You will join the kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food, building positive relationships with residents and coworkers, and ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen at all times. This role emphasizes high-quality dining experiences for residents and teamwork in a care-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience as a cook in a hospitality or healthcare environment.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, guides, cleaning schedules and logs.

Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food for our residents.

• Understand that dining in the restaurant-style atmosphere can be the highlight of our residents’ day.

The wage range for this position is $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
