Principal Duties

• Prepare high-quality food quickly and passionately
• Follow recipes and ensure outstanding presentation
• Complete prep lists and portion all products correctly
• Run your station efficiently, follow recipes, and stock food as needed
• Know all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods
• Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of ingredients
• Label food and practice FIFO rotation
• Maintain a fast pace with good cleaning habits
• Assist with cleaning smallwares and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Have fun and kick ass!
