Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Richmond, Indiana, is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents, following recipes, safety and sanitation standards, and delivering a positive dining experience.

You will assist with inventory, stock snacks, supervise dietary staff when needed, set up breakfast bars and service stations, keep areas clean, and use kitchen technology to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–2 years of similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using recipes for residents according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to safely create a great dining experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Cook you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals that support the health and well-being of residents. You will ensure all food is prepared according to established safety and sanitation standards while creating a positive dining experience.
