$20.00/hr (up to $24.00/hr with tips)

Texas - Dallas/Fort Worth
$13.50-$15.50/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona - Mesa
$15.50-$17.50/hr (up to $20.00/hr with tips)
