Job summary

Ridgeland Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a dining services professional to prepare and serve meals to residents according to recipes and quality standards. You will maintain a clean kitchen, adhere to health regulations, and collaborate with teammates to ensure resident satisfaction.

Cross-training in related dining roles is expected to support the department, and the environment rewards accuracy and a fast-paced workflow while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen setting required.
• Illinois Food Safety Certification ServSafe is required.
• Senior Living experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all health department regulations.
• Work with team members to ensure resident satisfaction.

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and reach required
