The Brass Tap Inc. is hiring kitchen team members in Reno, NV. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items following recipes and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, food quality, and a positive attitude. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a craft beer-focused dining concept.

Formación

• Must be 18 or older where required by state law.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets and specs in English.
• Able to operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat and busy kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Prepare, cook and plate menu items per recipes.
• Assist with daily mise en place and station setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment.
• Work with team to complete duties with limited supervision.

Our kitchen team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating The Brass Tap's menu items according to recipe procedures. Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow recipe procedures
• Keep equipment clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
