We are hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Temporary Associates (PRN). Essential Functions:

1. Identify and report food and supplies needed for the next week’s menus.
2. Assist in the receiving, rotation, and storage of products.
3. Prepare menus and cook food in accordance with nutritional guidelines, regulations, and residents’ individual prescribed diets and food preferences.
4. Assist in fostering residents’ independence with eating by providing adaptive equipment when needed.
5. Coordinate food services for special community events when requested.
6. Notify the Director of Food and Beverage or maintenance staff of any malfunctioning kitchen equipment or appliances.
7. Ensure proper storage and handling of food in accordance with infection control standards.
