Job summary

First Watch in Plano, TX is hiring cooks to join our Back-of-the-House team. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen to deliver breakfast, brunch, or lunch with a focus on quality and safety.

Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level and innate skill, ensuring you can grow within a supportive environment. Our YOU FIRST culture emphasizes empowerment, independence, and a positive work atmosphere.
