Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring a Cook at Violet Springs Health Campus in Pickerington, Ohio, to prepare high-quality scratch-made meals for residents and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

You will support the Food Service Manager with inventory, set up meal service stations, supervise dietary staff when needed, and use the campus kitchen tech to deliver a positive dining experience that supports residents' well-being. This role offers strong benefits and steady weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
