Job summary

Pine Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Pagosa Springs, CO is seeking dependable Dietary Cooks to provide nutritious, well-prepared meals for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure meals are prepared safely, timely, and with attention to taste and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all sanitation and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to meet residents' preferences and special diets.
• Accurately follow recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary restrictions.
• Monitor food temperatures and document according to regulatory standards.
• Assist with inventory, food storage, and receiving deliveries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of dietary operations.
