We are seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our franchise organization, 5 Star Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral. As a Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products, with a focus on speed, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to product specifications.

Hiring Incentives

Food Production Responsibilities

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products according to recipes and procedures.
• Grill items to Golden Corral standards.
• Ensure fried products are hot and fresh.
• Restock items at the Display Cooking Station if needed.
• Assist guests with carved meat options if necessary.
• Follow buffet production systems for quality and shelf life.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain proper temperatures during cooking, holding, and serving.
• Use production guides to manage inventory.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain equipment according to manuals.
• Use FIFO for food rotation.
• Take inventory and coordinate with management.

Cleanliness

• Keep the Hot Cook area and smallwares clean.
• Perform duties as per the roster and health regulations.
• Maintain Char Grill cleanliness and sanitation.

Guest Service

• Ensure hot and fresh buffet products for guests.
• Follow responsibilities for just-in-time delivery.
• Be friendly and courteous to guests.
• Maintain professional communication.
