Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in preparing food following recipes and procedures.
• Ensuring timely preparation of food items, using batch-cooking and cook-to-order methods.
• Preparing food to meet safety and dietary standards.
• Attending meetings and training.
• Maintaining sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen, including cleaning, proper food handling, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality food preparation.
• Experience in scratch cooking in high-volume, fine dining.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, etc.
• 1 year of previous food preparation experience.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Physical requirements:

This role involves standing, walking, manual handling up to 50 lbs, bending, lifting, and reaching. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
