Job summary

SUMMIT Early Learning in Middleburg, PA, seeks a dedicated cook to prepare meals for toddlers and preschoolers in a CACFP-aligned program. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, cooking experience, and demonstrated leadership and organizational skills that support a safe, nurturing kitchen environment.

You will follow SUMMIT guidelines, maintain sanitation, and prepare breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and SUMMIT Early Learning guidelines. Follow all safety sanitation requirements. Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.

LOCATION: Middleburg, PA

HOURS & SALARY: Full-time (school year), 200 days/year, 40 hours/week (8 hours/day), Monday through Friday. $15.67/hour.
