Job summary

White Pines Lodge in Mount Morris, IL is seeking a seasonal cook to prepare and cook menu items, follow recipes, and maintain a clean kitchen to ensure quality and safety for guests.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Pay is $19.00 per hour, plus benefits such as 401k, staff discounts, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements and commercial kitchen equipment
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift, lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required

• Complete all required food and safety logs
