First Watch in Montgomery is hiring entry-level Cooks for our back-of-house team. No night shifts, fast-paced kitchen, and a focus on quality breakfast, brunch, or lunch. You'll train in a station aligned with your skills and grow with a people-first culture that loves our employees.

You’ll work with a friendly team, follow our chef-curated recipes, maintain a clean station, and deliver safe, high-quality food to delighted guests while enjoying excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
