Rock Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Monte Vista, CO is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our Dietary team and provide quality meals and excellent service to residents. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements.
• Complete food preparation and meal service.
• Assist with overseeing and directing Dietary Aides.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Follow all state and federal food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
• Properly handle, store, and prepare food.
• Help ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
