Job summary

Fulenwider Group in Mocksville, NC is seeking a fast and reliable Kitchen Team Member to help prepare and cook chicken, wash and cut ingredients, and maintain cleanliness. You will work closely with a team to ensure orders are prepared to spec and served hot.

Must be able to handle early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, follow safety rules, and operate cooking equipment efficiently while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
• Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked.
• Prepares and cooks food according to instructions provided on food order slips or through verbal directions; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
• Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
