Job summary

Ivy Park of Milpitas, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks cooks for a full scratch kitchen. The role features evening shifts 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with benefits and opportunities within a premier senior living community in Milpitas, CA.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years on a fast-paced line, enjoy resident interaction, and are committed to high-quality, flavorful dishes. Vaccinations and background checks may be required for safety.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant.
• 2–5 years on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes on schedule.
• Friendly demeanor and clear communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in a full scratch kitchen model.

What We Request

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
