Job summary

The Palace Group is seeking a Cook for its Palace Renaissance & Royale Assisted Living & Catered Living Community in Miami, FL. The role requires experience in quantity cooking for institutional kitchens and the ability to follow meal schedules and dietary specifications.

Candidates should have basic math skills, be able to speak and read English (Spanish is a plus), and commit to safety and teamwork as part of The Palace Principles.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in quantity cooking in an institutional kitchen with mechanical food service equipment.
• Culinary school student or graduate, preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent, preferred. Basic math skills required.
• Ability to follow supervisor’s instructions.
• Must be able to speak, read & write English. Spanish, preferred.
• Ability to practice The Palace Principles (“Teamwork”, “Safety” & “Ask! Don’t Assume!”)
