Job description

Could you be our next Cook with Main Line Health at Riddle Hospital in Media, PA?

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Cook with strong leadership skills to prepare and serve meals for our patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include reviewing menus and production sheets to plan and prepare cooking schedules, ensuring meals are ready at specified times by following standardized recipes to maintain consistency.

Required Experience, Education, & Certifications

• Three years of culinary arts experience in a food service setting
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred

Hourly Rate & Shifts

• Starting at $21.17, rate commensurate with experience
• Shift Differential starting at 3 pm: $1.50/hr additional
• Part-time opportunities (24 hrs/week) with shifts from 5:30 am - 2 pm (AM) and 11 am - 7:30 pm (PM). Every other weekend and rotating holidays required.
