Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a Cook to join our team for K-12 school meals, corporate dining, and related services. You will follow standardized recipes, prepare meals with a focus on quality, and manage inventory and waste using HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all meals meet quality standards, are correctly prepared and within acceptable time limits
• Managing ordering, receiving, storing and inventory control of all perishable products following specific procedures and HACCP standards
• Controlling waste
• Using time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Performs additional related duties as assigned by leadership
