Job summary

The Lodge Nursing & Rehab Center in Loveland, OH is seeking a Cook to prepare meals in a large-volume kitchen, under the direction of the Dietitian or Food Service Manager to ensure quality food service at all times.

Experience in a busy kitchen, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to resident care are essential. Full-time position includes medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a cook or assistant cook in a large volume kitchen.
• Minimum of 10th grade education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift/push/pull in excess of 50lbs.
• Desire to make a positive daily impact on our residents and other team members.

Your Role as a Cook:

The primary purpose of your job position is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, without established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietitian and or Food Service Manager, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.
