Job summary

Lodge Nursing & Rehab, a Caring Place Healthcare Group facility in Loveland, OH, seeks a Cook to prepare meals in a high‑volume kitchen, following all applicable guidelines, under supervision of the Dietitian or Food Service Manager, to ensure quality food service at all times.

The ideal candidate has experience in a large kitchen, at least a 10th grade education, teamwork ability, and the physical capacity to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a cook or assistant cook in a large volume kitchen.
• Minimum of 10th grade education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift/push/pull in excess of 50lbs.
• Desire to make a positive daily impact on our residents and other team members.

Responsibilities

• The primary purpose of your job position is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, without established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietitian and or Food Service Manager, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.
