Job summary

Encino Hospital Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a per diem cook to prepare quality meals in a sanitary environment, following established food safety policies.

This role requires two years of food service experience (commercial/institutional preferred); knowledge of therapeutic diets is desirable. County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be kept current. Shift: Days. Per Diem opportunity.

Pay Transparency

Encino Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $23.00 to $30.48. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
