Qualifications

• Possession of a food handler's permit as required by state or county regulations.
• Training in food preparation specifically for therapeutic diets.
• Institutional cooking experience or exposure to special function cooking is desirable.
• Familiarity with H.A.C.C.P. and food safety guidelines is crucial.
• Flexibility in working weekdays, weekends, evenings, or night shifts is expected.
