Job summary

Vantage Point Retirement Living in Exton, PA, is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare meals using standardized recipes and coordinate production with service hours to ensure timely service for our senior residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items utilizing standardized recipes.
• Determine food and supplies needed.
• Coordinate meal production with service hours.
• Monitor food items for temperature, taste, and quality.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food items per the menu cycle and standardized recipes.
• Oversee proper food storage procedures.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties.
• Maintain food safety equipment records and food safety temperature records.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
