Job summary

HHS is seeking a cook to join the culinary team at Bon Secours Mercy Health St Rita's Medical Center. You will prepare meals for patients, visitors, and staff under the guidance of the chef/production manager, and support hospital food service operations in a dynamic setting.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a commercial kitchen, be at least 18, and communicate effectively in English while working well in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Culinary experience (cook, cooking, line cook, healthcare foodservice)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
