Job summary

First Watch in Lewis Center, OH, is hiring Back-of-the-House team members who enjoy cooking and working in a fast-paced kitchen. We offer no night shifts, a chef-curated menu, and a culture that puts people first.

Cooks will train in a station aligned with their skills and will contribute to delivering breakfast, brunch, or lunch with pride. You will work with teammates to communicate well, maintain clean, safe stations, follow recipes, and ensure quality ingredients.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
