Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals for residents at The Meadows of Leipsic in Leipsic, OH. You will follow established safety and sanitation standards while delivering a positive dining experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cooking experience. Responsibilities include inventory support, station setup, and supervising dietary staff when needed.

• Minimum of 1–2 years similar cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to create a great dining experience for residents and families.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Cook you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high‑quality meals that support the health and well‑being of residents. You will ensure all food is prepared according to established safety and sanitation standards while creating a positive dining experience.
