Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health in Koloa, HI is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals for Kupuna, while supporting kitchen and dining operations.

You will ensure meal quality, adhere to special dietary requirements, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and help with cleanup and equipment sanitation, contributing to a compassionate, growth‑m oriented team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of menu planning and preparation methods.
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Supports all activities in the department including kitchen and dining areas.
• Responsible for the quality of meals served and compliance with special diets.
• Breakdown and sanitize food service locations and equipment.

We're l o oking for passionate Cooks to create memories with our Kupuna by preparing, cooking, and serving delicious nutritional meals.

• Breakdown and sanitize food service locations and equipment

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items.
• Knowledge of principles of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene.
